How To Prepare For The Shoot?
STAGING
Sometimes it takes just one room to bring your listing to life – the Living Room is the most important room to stage. according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 86 percent of buyers say that seeing a staged living room is “important” or “very important,” a rate higher than any other room in the house.
LIGHT
Make sure all lights are turned on inside and outside the home before the shoot. Open doors, sliders and any window coverings to let light into the home. We will adjust window coverings if certain scenes require less light.
WINDOWS
When selling your home, you cannot overstate the importance of cleanliness. Well-maintained houses that are tidy inside and out will naturally attract more buyers and better offers. One detail that is often overlooked is window washing. Get your house ready for picture day by having your windows professionally cleaned a day or two beforehand. Hiring a commercial service will free you up to take care of other details that are also important such as touching up paint.
POOL
Make sure that the water is fresh, with nothing floating around, and all the surrounding areas are organized and clean.
What To Expect On The Day Of The Shoot?
WALK THROUGH
Upon arrival, we will take a preliminary walk-through of the property to ensure all scenes are setup and ready for the shoot. Any last minute details can be adjusted at that time prior to the shoot.
AERIAL / DRONE
If you have selected aerial photo/video, we will coordinate with you on the timing of this process, to make sure all property angles and elevations are achieved.
GIMBAL VIDEO TOUR
During the gimbal video tour, we will ask all rooms are clear of any guests, to allow for the proper flow of the video process.
PHOTO
In addition to the video tour, we will take additional photos of key areas and rooms throughout the property.
When Will The Content Be Ready?
TURNAROUND
